   A total of 45 citizens of Karbinci attended the second forum session held on June 22, in the sports hall of the Strasho Pindzur elementary, as part of the Community Forums Programme.

 The session included presentations of four groups of problems: Improvement of the services of institutions for care and education; Improvement and construction of infrastructural facilities; Better opportunities for sports and recreation; and Urban design of settlements.
 The presentations, which included data backed up by photographs and analyses, showed the actual condition regarding the defined problems, and six Topics and Workgroups for project proposal development were identified.
 They include: Urban design (fixing up the main street at the entrance to village Tarinci, urban park in v. Karbinci, construction of a park in v. Dolno Balvan, paving of the center of v. Tarinci, construction of a village square in v. Tarinci, etc.), as well as Sports Fields (trim tracks throughout the municipality, construction of an asphalted sports field in v. Dolno Balvan, a small sports field, sports field for futsal, etc.).
 The remaining four Topics and Workgroups include: Children’s Playgrounds (Fixing up the children’s playgrounds in the municipality, and desiging and enclosing of the children’s playground in the village in v. Tarinci); Community Sanitation (completion of the sewage in v. Radanje, sewage in Radanje); Elementary School Renovation (sewage system in the Strasho Pindjur elementary in v. Odzalija); and Community Water Supply (construction of a water supply system in v. Nov Karaorman).
 The next Third Forum Session was scheduled for July 13th, at 1 PM.
