Presentations of four project-proposals took place on the Fourth Forum Session which happened on Friday (September 26) at the Rajko Zhinzifov elementary school, in the presence of approximately 30 citizens of the municipality, as part of the Community Forums Programme.
Workgroup representatives presented project proposals and draft budgets, which were given priority at the previous forum sessions, and are to be finalized by the next session. These include: Streets and Roads, Water Works and Sewage, Ceples, and Sports and Leisure.
The session, backed up with more precise budgets, regulations, specific activities for each project proposal, as well as more detailed information from the field regarding what can actually be achieved, summed up the results of each project proposal in their development phase.
“This session involved making the budgets more specific, as well as what could be done from the previous ideas,” said the moderator, Vaska Draskovic.
The project proposal for works on three streets in the village of Gorno Jabolciste, the village of Dolno Jabolciste and “Aco Sopov” in Caska, included a draft budget of MKD 3,869,800.
The drinking water supply for the villagers of Busulci, where there are six Macedonian and seven Albanian families, includes – among other things – construction of a basin and a pumping station, as well as electricity supply. The total draft budget for this project amounts to MKD 976,000,000.
The detailed presentation of the project proposal for development of ecotourism, which includes the refurbishing of the mountaineering house Ceples, involved a draft budget in the amount of MKD 500,000.
The fourth presentation involved the construction of sports fields, with proposed funds needed in the amount of approximately MKD 2,814,804.
Overall, all presentations included a description of the problem, activities, goals, and used slides. The projects need to be finalized by the following, fifth forum session.
