   In the fifth and penultimate session in the municipality of Cair taking place within the Community Forums Programme оn October 16, the working groups gave their final approval of the projects developed by the working groups chosen by the citizens.

   According to the moderator of the project in the municipality of Cair, Bekim Hoxha, if these projects are approved in this session, in the final session the projects will be ranked according to citizen interest.
   “After this session we have one more closing session in which the citizens will vote on the projects,” said Hoxha.
   Elvat Muharemi, citizen of the municipality of Cair and president of the Association of the Disabled “Shpresa”, hopes that his working group’s project will be approved by citizens.
   “The project is in its final version. We don’t know which particular projects will be approved. We see there is interest, and the project that will receive the most points will receive financial support. Naturally, we are hopeful,” said Muharemi.
   Fatmir Sinani, citizen of the municipality of Cair, shares Elvat Muharemi’s hopes and asks citizens for their support.
   “We believe our project should be approved since it is highly profitable for the majority of Cair’s population,” said Sinani.
   This is the fifth forum session, that is the penultimate one, and the final forum session is to take place in November, when the citizens will vote on the best project for the municipality of Cair.
