    The second forum session in the Municipality of Sveti Nikole took place on the 23rd of December, in the municipal assembly hall, and was attended by 82 citizens, educational workers, representatives of the Center for social work, the municipality, the business sector, various NGOs, etc.

 They were welcomed at the forum session by the moderator and comoderator who implemented the Programme in Sveti Nikole and reminded those present of the conclusions of the first forum session and the work rules.
    At this session the citizens determined three groups of problems for which working groups were formed, all as part of the main topic – social affairs.
    These are problems of the youth in rural areas, education and socialization problems of vulnerable groups, as well as the problem of lack of physical space.
    Previously, Katerina Zafirova, representative of the municipality and member of the operative group, clarified the social subject to be worked on by the citizens of the Municipality of Sveti Nikole.
    The Community Forums Programme, in this phase, is implemented in eight municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia. The goal is to have citizen participation in the decentralization process, with ideas and specific projects.
    The total budget of the Programme in the Municipality of Sveti Nikole is eight million denars, two million of which are municipal participation, while six million are a donation of the Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency (SDC).
