 The third forum session in the municipality Dolneni, in the presence of 95 residents of the municipality, took place on February 11, in the restaurant M in the village of Lazani.

 At the session, which is taking place in the framework of the Community Forums Programme, reports of the working groups of citizens established in the previous session according to identified problems were presented, namely "Lack of household wastewater sewage”, “Solid waste”, and “Lack of healthy drinking water”.
     “I proposed construction of a river bed in the village of Crniliste, and I think that my presence in the sessions will contribute to the adoption of my proposal because it will remove any danger of spills and floods of the water passing through the village," said Sevdet Ademi, resident of the municipality.
    The third forum session has identified six proposed solutions, within the main topic “Environmental protection”, for which working groups were established to investigate the information in the field and present the results in the following, fourth session.
    The working groups’ reports included slides and photos made during the field investigation.
    According to Demirali Elezi, resident of the municipality and participant in the Forum, “the construction of sports facilites will help activate the village youth.”
     “As a member of the working table, I proposed construction of sports facilities that would help young people to become actively involved in the village,” said Elezi.
    In the new cycle, the Community Forums Programme will include seven other municipality in the addition to Dolneni, namely Berovo, Bitola, Sveti Nikole, Resen, Novo Selo, Kocani, and Saraj.
