   Forum Session Two in the Community Forums Programme was held on Friday, June 6, at the Penestija restaurant, with over 100 participants.
   Representatives of the four workgroups established in Session One presented to the participants the problems identified in the field of education in the municipality of Debar.

   The workgroup involved in assessing the situation concerning spatial problems in educational institutions informed, among other things, that the problems include a lack of space at the Debar high-school to include all eight-grade students; bad condition of the high-school building; decrepit facades of elementary-school buildings; lack of sports fields in rural communities; lack of a sports hall in Debar; bad condition of sports halls in schools; problems with in-school heating; lack of space in elementary schools; outdated equipment in schools and the kindergarten; poor safety management in schools, etc.
   The workgroup identifying problems regarding teaching aids and equipment and libraries informed that the biggest problems include: lack of equipment in the kindergarten; outdated equipment in the Breshija kindergarten; lack of an information science lab; lack of teaching aids; lack of laboratory equipment for scientific research, etc. 
   In the information presented to the participants in Session Two, the workgroup assessing the conditions for the opening of centers for foreign languages, modern dance and culture, underlined the problems related to the lack of a youth culture center, foreign language center, the demand to open up a summer university in Debar, as well as a journal to publish scientific papers in Albanian.
   Group four informed about the assessment of conditions for open-air classes. It spoke of the lack of an amusement park for children; lack of an amusement park in the village of D. Kosovrasti; lack of staff which would work with the disabled, etc.
   The session registered a marked interest among participants about prioritizing certain problems.
   It was agreed for the next session to take place on July 4.
